Playing audio through phone?

Okay, I'll give you the condensed version of things: I'm a senior in high school, and I wanna mess with everyone during the next pep rally by infiltrating the office and hijacking the PA system, preferably by connecting a computer to it. The problem is, our PA system is run by telephone. Is there any hope for my plan, save for holding some speakers near the handset?
[Note: I originally planned on taking over the school district's WAN and using it to play RTCW: Enemy Territory for a few days, so this is actually not too bad....]
If there's someplace more appropriate for this to go, move it. If you don't allow such discussion here, so be it, that's okay with me.
