and maybe that's the lesson a few dealers need to learn.you cannot charge full MSRP, with no 'perks' and expect 'loyal' customers to knock down your door for the 'great' (read: generally condescending) service that permiates this industry.
the absolute best customer service I have personally recieved (in the realm of hi-fi) has been through INTERNET retailers. go figure...
