... what I'm paying for to get a product in a box. Sometimes it just doesn't work out, no matter how hard a customer tries. Here's a wild story: I call a local audio dealer and ask about a certain amp I know they carry. The salesperson says that they don't have one in stock and the amp isn't made any more. I say I know it's a current version and I saw one in their store recently. He calls me back; no, they don't have one and it's not in production anymore.
I order one on the web; delivered to my door in 4 days and cheaper then the dealer would have sold it to me (I new I could get it cheaper but wanted to swing the money to my local dealer). A week later I'm in the local store. There still sits the same amp I saw the last time I was in there; the one I wanted.
That dealer has moved big time to HT; said no one wants to buy two channel anymore. ; )
