You might be interested in this as it falls within your budget:I just purchased an E&T spider rack, supposedly from the oem that makes the Finite Elemente spider racks. The only difference I can see is that the spikes are not as long and there is only one size/ style available. I paid $185 with shipping. I then bought the Finite Elemente Cereballs (there is a model specifically made for the spider racks) to put under my cd player. The Elusive Disk sells them.
Go to Ebay and do a search for spider rack. It's listed at the bottom in the Ebay stores section.
