Given your requirements I'd suggest any (used) 3 head Nakamichi. In particular those with adjustable azimuth like the DR-1, Cassette Deck 1, CR-7 (on the remote! Sheer genius and finest of all the Nakamichi decks), ZX-7/9 or Dragon (auto azimuth). Try to avoid the RX series as the transports were problematic (they were auto-reverse by actually automatically turning the tape over for you without moving the heads.
You can of course adjust the azimuth on almost any Nakamichi deck by removing the transport cover and tuning the cogs with a screwdriver, but it's a pain by comparison.
