Certainly not limited to audio.On the other side of the coin, there's no doubt that many buyers abuse retailers by demo'ing products with the intention of buying elsewhere to save $50. I'm surprised your prior relationship with the dealer didn't seem to carry much weight. I'll gladly pay 25% more to buy from a dealer that I have a solid relationship with but I expect to receive more than a product in a box.
