Re: What is the best way to report a bad seller at audiogon?

Hello,

I recently went thru this process due to an item that was damaged in shipping because of the careless packing of the seller and the rough handling of the carrier.

If you choose to go that way, Audiogon has a dispute resolution process. See the link below. However, please note that the initiator must pay a $95 fee for Audiogon to follow thru and since the system is "voluntary" you must be very persistent and document everything down to a gnat's ass - including copies of emails exchanged between you and the seller. Audiogon refunded my fee after the dispute was closed weeks later.

Otherwise, just contact their customer service, make them aware of the situation, and ask for advise on how to proceed. Their email is: service@audiogon.com.
