Zero...It is being bleed off through the equipment grounding conductor back to the neutral/ground bar of the electrical service panel then on out the service entrance neutral conductor to the source. Though the current flow is very small never the less it is there. Some of the very small current may travel thru the ics to the next ic connected component and travel back out its equipment grounding conductor back to the source. Does it effect the the power supply and the sound quality of the component if the ac polarity orientation is not correct? Yes. You need to reread Hansen's post. I just bet you every Hi-End manufacture does the same thing as Hansen and Curl does. Bob Crump also did it when he was alive.
