Re: How many people have NEVER sold a piece of equipment?

I don't upgrade. I out-grade. That is, i broaden existing systems. When i am finished, i start a new system in another room. Right now, i have a main SS system (CDP, Integrated, spkrs) to which i am adding tube breadth (first the CDP/Dac, then the head amp, next the amps) so I can play both through the same speakers. I have a bedroom system (old CDP + SS headphone amp) that i may broaden into a dual headphone small active speaker system (and maybe later add a small amp). Then I have a summer house with room for a main and bedroom system. And so on. Also, I buy new stuff very slowly. I only bought one product I didn't like, so i bought a soldering iron and now i am upgrading it. Oh, I am always in the process of upgrading cables, because i always need more of them to hook up more stuff. And I have only been doing this a short while. Eventually, I will give what i can't use away to my children and step-children.
