No, accuracy relates to technology. The problem the contemporary audiophile cult has is that it refuses to accept that the best available technology is grossly inadequate. That it why it perpetually chases elusive fixes for problems inherent in the concepts for which no real fixes exist yet. By agreeing to pay rediculous prices for equipment of little or no greater value than far cheaper equipment, it sends manufacturers a message that it's OK for them to continue on producing one me too product after another after another. I would have no problem spending a great deal of money on new audio equipment...if I felt I were getting something of genuine value for it. As things stand, there is no valid reason for me to trade what I aready own. I'm far better off trying to understand it and tweak it to improve what's wrong with it than I am buying someone elses new and improved failure.
