I am using the Fanfare FM-2G indoor antenna (similar to the Magnum Dynalab antenna) for use with my Magnum Dynalab MD-102T. While I preferred to go outside (or even the attic), I was not willing to tear down walls to run the required wires. The use of an indoor antenna depends 100% on your location. In my case, I have no problems and the reception is very good. For your application, the only way to determine if it works is to borrow the antenna and try it out. Of course, an outside antenna is the best but this might not possible. I am sure that Magnum Dynalab has a 30 day return policy if the FM antenna does not work.I also move my Fanfare FM Antenna around the room, if needed (but usually not required). I purchased a very large angle iron and attached the FM antenna to the bracket (the bracket on the antenna is bolted to the angle iron bracket). This allows me to place the antenna behind my equipment standing straight up (54" high) and also move it around, as needed. cheers....
