I read something on Slashdot a while back about an author naming a book something like blah.com (not actual name). They never bothered to check whether the domain was registered. Turns out it was and had been for quite some time. What do they do? Offer to buy, when that failed...send threatening letters. Don't know where it stands now, but it's all typical corporate BS.
