I was in a hi-fi chain store the other day and the salesman was demo'ing their line of Monster power conditioners. He demostrated the conditioner's effect by using some type of instrument which measured it's ouput in Mv's. When asked exactly 'what' was being measured he could not (or would not) answer it. The effect btw was mighty impressive however! My question is:
-what was the device he used and
-what exactly was he measuring which registered in Mv's?FWIW the device was palm sized and could also measure EMI's-
thanksgood listening-GL
