It probably is legit, but it's no wonder that so few people have jumped on this bandwagon. Most folks have wised up to being extra careful about sharing credit card info with entities they aren't familiar with; they should've found some other way of verifying the legitimacy of the participants. Besides, there are probably folks entitled to a share of the settlement who either no longer use credit cards or never used credit cards for whatever reason. What are they supposed to do?There are just too many variables, IMHO.
