Without seeing the auction and fullying understanding the specifics, it's tough to guess. I suppose iy depends on how germane the unspecified specifics are to the item. If you bought a 'Civil War Sword' and the seller forgot to specify that it was a reproduction, then you have a material fact that is misrepresented.

In any case, I doubt that you have any real rights unless the item is misrepresented, but you can always just not pay and risk a negative feedback to which you can respond with your side.
