i know too well the dangers. if 75 is too much, then either get someone to help or undo the filling.
im an xray/nuc med tech and sooner or later, you hurt yourself trying to catch a falling patient or an unfortunate reach or twist.
i really did myself in when pushing my car down the driveway each morning and jumping in to pop the clutch and start my car, just because i was too lazy/cheeeeeeep to buy a new battery! one day, my left leg wouldnt come with me into the car on its own and i had to muscle myself in by grasping the steering wheel.
slipped discs, stoooooopid.
then a few years ago, i was lifting my adcom555II int place while on my knees, and didnt support my elbows. zzzzzzzzaappppp! again, this time i went to a chiro who uses DNFT (directional non force technique), no twisting, no cracking, no popping it says on his card. the left leg was numb from buttock to little toe and the pain was limiting me to 15 minutes of stand up time.
he took the pain away first visit, going 2 & 3 times per week, paying cash, he took the numbness away in three and a half weeks!!!!!!! needless to say, ive been careful since although i recently moved 2 90# bags of cement from my girlfriends car and didnt injure myself. thank buddha! or whoever.
yeah, be careful.
.....regards....tr
