I don't know the fact and cannot provide any insight to clear the sky, however, I did receive a fast and unpleasant email reply (more like a warning) from him upon my first inquiring. No question was answered, however. He received multiple inquiries from me due to some internet problem. I never received something like that from any audio manufacturers, and it was my last time to even consider this product.
