I never had an L-02T, but own an L-01T and recently sold an L-07T. Aside from the similar model markings, they're two very-different beasts.The L-07T was smooth, but otherwise indistinguished (subdued in character), where the L-01T (with a good antenna) is capable of bringing out subtle differences in radio stations- a standout in cleanness, transparency, low background noise, HF extension (within FM limitations), and especially dynamics/lack of compression.
