I'm a relative newcomer, and I've gotten a lot out of the mag over the last five years. For a buck a copy, it is a steal. Beyond that, its passing would be a loss. Bicycle guide, once the best bike mag, went through two sales and underwent an editorial degredation. Now it's gone. While it chugged along, there was always the prospect that it might be restored to its former glory. Once dead, no miraculous resurection.
