A stock Naim power cord ( this one is 16 bucks ) outperformed other costiler power cords in terms of speed and attack without causing a major congestion up top.

Granted, other cords were airier and gave better 3D effect but, midrange and down, this unassuming cord did lot better than other generic stock cords. i've also tried it with other non-Naim gear, and it works.

But like any tweaks, *effects* can be good or bad depending on each listeners' needs.
An effect of RFI is significant. But the problem with most shielded cords tend to have other baggage. ( throwing away a baby with bath water )
