I purchased this little DAC because I do get caught at airports from time to time and I still want access to my own library while traveling. (Long story - failed retirement.) So far, and after some very limited listening, my impression is of very balanced sound with sufficient power for most headphones (maybe not my Hifian Sundara's, though I don't travel with those). Seems a good match for my Fiio FT1's. I also like that they work well with a wide variety of formats and devices (phones, PCs, tablets). Not as convenient for travel as Bluetooth, but better, I think. If you're traveling and are not satisfied with wireless headphones, give this a try. It's better than its price would suggest. https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/ifi-audio-go-link.26374/
