Another option is to look at the straight-line path between your router and RPi. I remember a problem I had some years ago at another house and eventually realized a washer/dryer in a closet was directly in between the router and Roku device. Moving the router a foot or so solved the problem. Hidden things like air ducts inside walls are among the things that can cause problems.
