Don't care to get into anything political.
For me, a good sounding DAC is a good sounding DAC regardless of where it's from. However, I will say that all my purchases and considerations are heavily weighted on stuff made here (my speakers are from Canada though...). Service and warranty is definitely a concern for me as well.
In the end I want to try a NOS R2R ladder DAC. The PSA DSD is out of my price range anyway, and so mentioned the Holo and BP. At this point in my life, I will buy new (except for perhaps tubes) but thanks for the info for DSD Jr. from Upscale Audio, now I get the missing info from your other thread.
