Congrats. I am also in the market for a new DAC (but more in the medium term), and have been reading up on Border Patrol, PS Audio DSD, and Holo Audio DAC's.
For the price of the PSA DSD I wonder if others have heard and compared it to Holo Audio May. Both of those are too costly for me, but would consider the Holo Audio Spring.
