If you leave the player in the SACD mode, will it (or even can it?) use the SACD laser to read the redbook layer, or does it automatically have to default to the redbook laser?
In other words, would it be recommended to switch to the "CD" mode when playing a redbook in order to reduce the use & wear on the SACD laser?
