Home Digital Drive

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

RE: Need help with bluetooth devices. Auris or Audio Engine?

A horrible story.

If it must be Bluetooth have a look at APTX
It is also a lossy codec but is sounds a bit better than the standard SBC codec
APTx HD is even better (lossless 24/48) but is very new hence products are rare.
As APTx is a non standard codec, the sender must support it as well.

An alternative might be Chormecast Audio, it does 24/96 max.

In both cases, if you do have and amp with digital inputs or a DAC, look for a receiver with digital output (SPDIF)
Most DACs can cope pretty well with input jitter.
Part of your disappointing results might be the quality of the analog out of Bluetooth receivers

I don't know what your streaming sources are but if it is about the usual suspects a Auralic Aries might be an alternative.
