Generally streaming services charge in the currency that relates to the subscriber's DNS ( not cookies) at the point of subscription.So you won't normally be able to get e.g. the USA subscription rate in the UK. You could try using a VPN but the monthly cost of this will outweigh the saving.
If you subscribe e.g. in, say, Germany but use in the UK to get a Euro rate then this is OK if you don't mind then getting Tidal in German. So ,depending on your travel arrangements, only try this in the USA or RoI. And of course you are betting on a Euro being worth less than a pound.
In any case I have no idea why you would want the comparatively crude Tidal compared to Qobuz which you can get in the UK. Still, your choice.
