The FIRST image you show WENT AWAY when I just did the update. I HAD the old version configured to show the data I wanted and it was EASY to manage that way.
I could Alt-Click or Shift-Click to select either a RANGE of tunes or every other tune from a single album, which would be either the MP-3 OR the ALAC version to be 'drug' to the correct playlist.
