Tidal and Squeezebox. What am i doing wrong:

I am having trouble using Tidal via my laptop on my Squeezebox.

I can search Tidal and play Tidal using the Squeezebox Touch machine itself, but when I try to use Logitech Media Sever on my laptop to control the Squeezeboc, although the image of the Tidal song I want to play shows up on the Squeezebox display, I get no sound.

Is there a setting I have to set on the Squeezebox to let it be controlled by the laptop/remote method?

Any answers appreciated. I have been trying for weeks.
