I currently run a usb, 3M, from my computer to a Musical Fidelity VLink 192. From the VLink I run SPDIF cable 5M, to my Wyred4Sound DAC2/DSDSse DAC.
Any idea if replacing the SPDIF with a 5M XLR to my DAC give any improvements? I'm thinking of making the change, but wanted to get feedback as to whether this will be a waste of time.
All my digital music is either straight 192K downloads or 192K up-conversions.
