You cannot run Photoshop.Are we talking about the Razberri Pi? With the Razberri Pi, it is possible to install a limited windows/Linux OS with an external USB HD. It also has an HDMI video port in some versions, - this is extremely challenging for the "average" user, - but it can be done.
Photoshop also, obviously, runs on OSX.
The very wunderful little ARM Based processor board is something that I'm not criticizing in any way, - it's perfect for 1 dimensional, single purpose devices that allow one to connect their refrigerators, microwaves, & TVs to LANS/networks, (With the help of a secondary board or boards, is great for streaming things like Netflix, or connecting to the refrigerator repair service center).
If people need a computer for many functions, no one would ever bother buying these...
