RE: EAD T-1000 transport Service Manual or Schematics ??

There is no service manual per se by EAD. There are however service manuals for the Pioneer CD players they were based on. The trick is finding which player.
Changing the laser in these is no simple feat. First, they are very rare and very expensive. Second you need a signal generator, a good multi-meter and an oscilloscope (at least 40Mhz).
This is not a good player to experiment with and repairs should only be attempted by someone who knows what they're doing. Otherwise you could easily be out a lot of money.
