Do only digital masters have "jitter signature", or does it apply for all analog masters as well?
How is a consumer audiophile supposed to recover the original master's jitter signature? Theoretically, would that mean to purchase digital audio products with 0 jitter, 20 ps jitter, or 200 ps jitter?
Let's say I purchase an HRx file from Reference Recordings, where the file I download is exactly the same as the master. Wouldn't I want a theoretical 0 jitter digital front end?
