Trying to convince me that going to a higher amperage power supply would destroy whatever I was building it for, because it was capable of supplying too many amps to the device I wanted to use it with.
I said, "I have an AC wall outlet which is connected to a 20 amp breaker at my panel box. Yet I can plug a 60 W lamp into it and it doesn't melt the lamp. How does that work?" He went to wait on somebody else.
