Thanks for the info...I thought it would be okay to use the upgraded PSU. However, as a non-techie who doesn't understand electricity, I worry about doubling the power from 1 amp to 2 amps...fearing that too much power will harm the Dac*It. Still, I know that lots of people used up to 3 amps with the V-DAC, and that far exceeds what its wall-wart supplied. Can anyone explain what amperage does as opposed to voltage, etc.? Why is supplying more amperage not a cause for concern?
