I owned a CD192 for years. I loved it, but it is not in the same class as the Cary 303/300. Just isn't.
You will get more detail, clarity and frequency extension with the Cary. And unless you are after a particular tone above all else - I'd go Cary.
Both are great players, but the Cary 303/300 is in another league.
