SRC2496 Digital Skipping?

71.114.112.161

I recently picked up a Behringer SRC2496. At least once on every CD that I play, I hear a quick skip in the music. Not on every track but at least once over an entire CD. I am using the SRC as a D-D converter. Converting 44.1 to 48 or 96 with the SRC internal clock and then sending to another DAC to convert to 192. Is this a clock issue between the SRC and DAC? Can this problem be solved with a Master Clock? I do not have this problem direct into the DAC. The CD's are not scratched in any way. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
