Coax to USB?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Is this possible? I own a Squeezbox and was interested in the BelCanto S300iu (w/the USB DAC). Since the SB has coax and toslink outs, I was going to try out the built in USB DAC of the Bel Canto, but can't seem to find anything on going from coax (or glass) to USB -is this even possible w/out an additional processor?
