Re: Tubed DAC

You might look into the MHdt Laboratory Paradisea DAC. Non-oversampling with a tube output (5670/2C51/6385/396a type tube). They can be found on ebay from time to time as that is the only place they are sold. $499 plus shipping from Taiwan. I've had one for a couple of months and like it but I can't make any comparisons as it is the only DAC I've used. There's a fairly long thread (32 pgs.) on AudioCircle about the Paradisea that can be found at the link below. Probably the most comprehensive information about it.
