I'm with rkeman's assessment & would also add that it runs very quitely. My assessment may not be completely fair though because I've added a few tweaks . I first added a Versa (I think that's who made it!)Wood Block iec & into that plugged in a AQ NRG-2us power cord. Next I removed the stock feet on the player & placed it on a set of Herbies Tenderfeet & use a Herbies grungebuster 2007 CD mat. I would say that at a minimum just about everyone should consider removing the stock feet on their players. Happy listening !
