Re: Lavry DA10 xlr/rca and digital cable recommendations?

I don't know what to make of that thread. I've read it plus the stuff in the Lavry forums. What is clear to me is they think the DA-10 uses ASRC when the DA-10 documenetation claim it doesn't, and there are a lot of components in the DA-10 that aren't in actual use. Dan Lavry says that the people on diyhifi don't understand how the DA-10 works and he isn't about to disclose details since he considers it a trade secret.

There are a lot of underlying commercial interests here - both Lavry's and the people trying to reverse engineer the DA-10 - some of them are working in China.

I know I will be rather upset if it turns out the Lavry uses ASRC etc. in all modes as the lack of ASRC in CrystalLock mode was a significant selling point for me.
