Transport advice, ML #37, Theta David II, Acoustic Arts, CEC? HELP!

Time to get back into seperates after trying teh high-end CDP players for a while. I still have my AudioMeca Enkanthias DAC thank God so all I need is a good USED transport. Last one I had was an Audio Note CDT-2 but I sold it b/c I heard that the drive mechanism was discontinued and replacements were not available?
Anyway, the ML #37, Theta David II, and Acoustic Arts are my top contenders right now. In addition, CEC sounds promising, but i am somewhat leary of belt drives? My price range is $2000 (more or less) so I am gong used and it seems the transport thing is in decline anyway so the better ones are like NOS tubes....they are not making them like they used to (flippin' Ipods and Hard-drive digital source units!!!!!)
Any help on those that have heard these units VERY MUCH appreciated. I use tube amp and preamp w/ Elrod, Omega Mikro and Shunyata power cords and Valhalla cables w/ very effiecient New Audio Frontiers Reference Four speakers.
