HowdyI think I'd ask a different question. How should a transport be constructed so as to not be so sensitive to these tweaks.
To a first approximation these tweaks all change the jitter and transports which are less jitter sensitive or are feeding DACs which are less jitter sensitive are (in my experience) less less sensitive to these tweaks.
