In addition to Andy's message I've also had trouble with playback on my home CD transport . Switching to Taiyo Yuden CD-rom media cured the problem . I would only do this if Andy's suggestion fails . None of the current Taiwan , Malaysia , India cd's will play on my system . Only CD's manufactured in Japan . I think Mitsui Gold is also mentioned as the best available .Joe
