Had a chance to try the DIYEDEN Great March Modified by Pacific Valve which added to the sound of my Sony megachanger but did nothing for my Oppo 970 DVD player. In order to hear a noticeable difference with the Oppo, I tried an MSB LinkDAC III with upsampler. Once I reached that price point, the Oppo benefitted. After trying out Benchmark, California Audio Labs and Channel Islands Audio, I settled with the CIA for it's greater clarity, sparkle and detail without any audible digital harshness over the other DACs I tried. If you check out the Pacific Valve site under DAC Sound Comparisons, you will notice that both DIYEDEN Great March DACs scored higher than the Lite Audio DAC60 according to them. Hope this helps.
