PS Audio DAC III--any experience? TAS review didn't say much.

March 07 The Absolute Sound review didn't say much, especially about the PS Audio DAC III, especially since the reviewer used a Margules Magenta ADE-24, which changes the analog signal. Perhaps this is not any different from using power conditioners, different cables; the fact that the reviewer specifically used a device to change the sound(and I don't even thing the ADE-24 is available anymore--at least the company and USA distributor are not returning emails). This isn't to say the DAC III isn't great, and home auditions are the way to go; I'm
just saying the review ending up giving me no usefulinformation about
the device, but did ignite my fire to want an ADE-24!
Anyone having good luck with the PS DAC---would it work well with
a Sony ES SACD changer?(222ES, older model).
