Monarchy Audio Model 24 vs. Lite Audio 62

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Perhaps this has come up before (if so, please excuse the post), but has anyone noticed how similar these two DACs are? The parts are a bit different, but the circuit board and layout seem identical. The second board in the Monarchy is for the pre-amp, which the Lite Audio lacks. BTW, I am comparing the Pacific Valve modded version of the 62. Has anyone ever compared these two?
