Worth buying a California Audio Labs CL 20?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Currently own a Monarchy Audio DT 40A laser disc player as a transport playing through a DPA PDM2 dac. Would the CL 20 be a good choice in terms of equaling and hopefully being an improvement? Personally I would like to simplify my front end. Also, I have a Sonic Frontiers Ultra Jitterbug in there as well. I heard the CL 20 in another person's system and it sure sounded nice!
