Don't be too sure. The Esoterics with the "Neo" transports are definitely made by Teac. But the less expensive models such as the DV-50 used a Pioneer transport. I'm not sure about the newer DV-60, but I would surprised if they didn't purchase somebody else's transport.

The last Accuphase I looked at (introduced at the Tokyo Audio Show 1-1/2 years ago) also had a Pioneer transport. It was "dressed up" to look like something else, but it was definitely just a bog-stock Pioneer with a few bits of window dressing tacked on.
