USB to I2S@96KHz/24bit

Hey all,

my first post...

anyways, I need a interface from USB to I2S and I need at least 96KHz/24bit.

I would really like a plug n' play chip like the PCM2707, but that won't give me the bit rates needed.

I've looked at the TAS1020A(B) but I can't figure out if it will do the trick, without the need for costly compailers.

I'm already interfacing a microchip dsPIC33F256GP710 thru USB (via microchip PIC18F4550) in order to send some I2C commands - any chance I can get this chip to stream I2S (it has an I2S hardware module)

Best regards,

Henrik
